Good news is Trevor Bayne is in and we get to see one practice before lock down.

Practice schedule for Texas race is a little weird if you ask me:

Practice 1 is at 5:30 EST Thursday evening and right now, they're saying it won't be aired on TV

Practice 2 is Friday at 3 pm EST on will air on Speed

Qualifying is at 6:30 pm EST and will be aired on speed

Race is Saturday evening 7 pm EST. and will be on FOX

This means that they should start with some daylight and then the race will transition to dark around halfway or earlier.

I may actually get to watch most, if not all of, the race when it airs!

I'm saving Kahne for later in the year. I've only used him once while others in my league have used him several times.

Much like last week, I'm really confident in my 8 drivers and don't see practice swaying me much if any.

A- Tony Stewart 8
A- Jimmie Johnson 7 ....Matt Kenseth will also get a look

B- Greg Biffle 7
B- Dale Earnhardt Jr. 6...am I worried about starts? Not at all, he's hot
B- Ryan Newman 8
B- Clint Bowyer 7 ....Mark Martin will also get some consideration

C- Trevor Bayne 8...don't need anyone else.
C- Aric Almirola 8....best option for qualifying.

Will do preview later in the week, just wanted to post my thoughts.
